Best pan ever!

I love it so far and definitely think I’ll get another one!

Love this, but not perfect

This thing is LIGHTWEIGHT. With the wooden handle (that looks great by the way) it’s incredibly easy and comfortable to move the pan. It’s so light that it makes me want to flip everything just with the pan. It transfers heat incredibly fast. My only issue with it is that it heats incredibly unevenly. I’ve learned where the hot spots are and I make it work, but it is very noticeable when you want to cook something that would take up The whole pan because you’re constantly having to move the ingredients from one side to the other. This is an issue with all cast iron and carbon steel, so I can’t criticize too much, but it makes me want to choose stainless clad aluminum pans for anything delicate. All that said, this is still my favorite pan to use because of how fast it transfers heat and how lightweight it is. For a casual cook with most daily meals, this is a home run

Got this pan for husband for his birthday and he loves it! Nice even cooking and locked in the flavors nicely!
