These are amazing - without them I never would have made it through The Lap Ultra in 2024, when temperatures soared and eating became difficult.
I can't imagine an event without these - so reliable for training runs, marathons and the Rasselbock BYU last month, as never any stomach issues and I really like the flavours, so they're easy to drink!
