3way Hands Free Leash - Orange

Love the leash, dislike the clasp

Hello, I love the leash, the hands off design is very practical when I’m running errands. I can carry bags etc and don’t need to use one of my hands to hold onto the leash, love that! Unfortunately not sure if I got faulty clasp but it is so difficult to open it to clasp it onto the collar or harness, you almost need two hands. It looks cool but isn’t a good functioning design. And when you have it fully open, the opening is barely big enough to get it onto the harness “hoop”. If from the picture you can determine I do have a faulty clasp, I’d appreciate it if you could send me a new leash, Thank you

I love it so much! High quality, well made, lightweight weight, beautiful leach. I’m definitely buying another.
