I remember the first time drinking this coffee and thinking, "Whao. There's something different about this." I rarely ever taste the notes advertised on some coffee blends, but this is very true to form.

My first time trying canyon coffee with a Bunn coffee maker! Not a good idea! Very weak! Drips too fast! So I had to improvise with this 2-piece slow drip (camping) filter system! Coffee tasted so much better with a slow drip! I am a coffee snob and very particular about the taste of my coffee, but I can actually add more water and re-drip the grinds! Crazy! Love this coffee so much! Smooth and flavorful!
