Set it and forget it espresso

I have been searching for a local roaster to support for my everyday espresso. Canyon sent me the freshest beans I have ever had. Two days off roast. They are terrific two days out and get better everyday through the end of the bag. Super impressed and happy to find a go to set it and forget it roast. The bag is classic and looks great on my coffee counter as an added bonus.

Silky and delicious!

I host a cafe morning once a month for all my friends. I’m a loyal Beachwood fan, but wanted to bring something different into the mix…the Alentejo was the perfect addition and a huge hit! I brewed it with a Moka pot and with a classic coffee pot. Its silkiness and caramel taste were super in both.

I had a latte at Beethoven Market and it was so delicious. I said what coffee bean do you use and they said Canyon. Now I do too!
