My Wife Love It
Used to use Starbucks dark roast, but it just tastes like burned water. Switched to Canyon, my wife refused to go to Starbucks since.

Wonderful espresso roast
I love this coffee as an espresso! The roast is a perfect blend of light and dark. You get all the nice chocolate notes without all the bitterness and a little dash of acidity for good measure. This has been a wonderful coffee to have day in and day out.
