12 Week Program Handbook

It’s early days for me I started it then got a bug so have been unwell but was a good start and I’m optimistic that if I follow the protocol things will steadily improve. I have found the company very helpful and support.

The handbook is very informative and makes it easy to follow the program. I had difficulty with some side effects and contacted the support team who got back to me really quickly with detailed advice. I'm really pleased with the help I have received so far

Sorry I can’t really rate it- my wife bought it in my name for herself. Unfortunately she has been in hospital over December/January with serious complications so has not yet started the Yona treatment.
