Brilliant kitchen tool

I received my Fish Weight just one week ago and I already absolutely love it. I had pre-ordered it back in February, and waiting for it to arrive honestly felt a bit like waiting for Christmas morning. It is a brilliant kitchen tool, beautifully made, practical and incredibly useful not only for fish, but also for many other ingredients. It has quickly become one of those pieces of equipment that makes you wonder how you cooked without it before. I also bought one of Josh Niland’s books. It is the second book of his that I own, and once again it is fantastic. The quality, the knowledge and the way it is presented are truly outstanding. I also want to mention the excellent service from the Niland team. Spanish Customs required additional documents for the import process, and the team sent me everything I needed to solve it. Their support was fast, helpful and very professional. Now I am only missing Josh’s third book and the fish bone pliers, which I will definitely be ordering soon.

We really like the weight. Does a great job on fish and other proteins, it is easy to use and the design is great - it doesn’t get hot. Great piece of kitchen equipment.p
