A brilliant help in the kitchen!

I now have two fish weights. They are such a brilliant product - and not just for cooking fish. They are so versatile that we use them for chicken, steak and vegetables too. But they are fantastic for fish, working just as advertised. Our fish dishes may not be Josh Niland standard, but they are pretty impressive, even if I say so myself! In fact, they are so good that I bought one for my mate, as he loves cooking as much as we do. The weights are beautifully made & look as good aesthetically as they work functionally. Definitely recommended!

I recently received the fish weight, and it has brought such a lovely sense of ritual to cooking fish at home. As someone who orders weekly from Fish Butchery, receiving this pre-order has made me even more excited for my Friday delivery. The quality and care are always appreciated. My only small wish would be to see a little more variety in the weekly fish selection, with perhaps fewer barramundi deliveries, as discovering different fish is part of what makes the experience so special.
