Quality Regulation Tournament Chess Set Combo

When I received the set the black pieces were damaged, and there was excess jagged plastic on the top of one of my white Rooks. They sent me a replacement set for the damaged black pieces, but did not do anything to address the white Rook. It's an affordable set, but quality can vary greatly, at it's best "quality regulation tournament chess set" isn't quite the right name for this set. It's a budget set, so don't let the name mislead you. If that's all you need, and don't mind lower quality pieces then this is the perfect set for you. I appreciate the prompt responses from their contact email and resending pieces, even if not all of them.
