3 3/4" Club Series Wood Chess Pieces - Ebonized

Awesome set for the price!

Bought this as a gift for my son along with the silicone board. Nice set comes with bags for each colour and an extra queen. Nice detail and felt padding on the bottom of each piece.

all about personal preference, I don't like when bishop pieces are visually (height and overall size) close to queen, that's why I chose this set of pieces, the drop-shaped "mitra" helps make them look smaller. the "fierce" horse is ok, top of rook is a little shallow, green felt is generous, better to be left over than scarce. I would rate it 4 stars, but again, is all about personal preference.
