While this seems like a very useful product it wasnt usable for me. If you are anything over a C or maybe D cup then this is not ling enough to reach the proper area. If I lined y the middle then thr ‘arms’ on went under about 1/3 of my breasts, causing it to be uncomfortable and rub.

It works great but was a little to short for me, so I ordered the extended versions.

This is the perfect size for smaller melons. I love it for golf. No more boob sweat on my shirt!
