Soft Cloud Minimizer Bra - Seamless

I dint eant to even give 1 star I am very unhappy with thos company i emauled thdm 3 x for where to send for refund and have had no response. This is now the 2 nd time they asked for my review and I again told them i was not happy amd suzes were way off using their guidelines and material was thin ir poor quality and itchy I cannot use these but ghey fo not respond to my request for refund despute saying they have a 60 day refund policy None have been worn only 1 color taken out of bag to try on so they are in new condition I would appr contact from the company I fo not recomm these bras at all more do now because of their lack of response and terrible customer service

The size 36c is superlarge!! I am a true 36 and i have to use the farthest brackets .. and ive got the straps pulled as tight as i can.. its ckmfirtabke hut it def doesnt pull me up and im borderline C/D .. not too impressed

Don’t buy from this company or be sure to read their return policy carefully!!! I purchased based on their size recommendation which also matched my regular size. The band of the bra that arrived was so big it was loose even on the tightest hooks and the material was cheap/flimsy. I reached out to return. 1st outreach they offerred one time, final exchange for size. I refused then they offerred 20% refund without sending back. Pushed back & was told I could send item to Asia at cost to me (approx $15 + their restocking fee) where a remaining refund would be given after inspection or they could give 30% now without sending back. Not worth the hassel for a $49 bra & I think they are counting on this with their returns. What a waste. I’ll take some responsibility for falling for the instagram sales pitch. If I looked closer I would have noticed their comments were missing & a quick Google search of reviews would have made me wary. Lesson learned.
