Cool Comfort Minimizer Bra - Seamless

This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. My order was shipped from an Asian country, and it took an extremely long time to arrive. The quality was very ordinary and definitely not worth the price I paid. On top of that, the sizing was not standard at all. I contacted customer service and requested a refund on the same day my order was delivered. They refused both a refund and an exchange, saying they do not accept returns under any circumstances. They simply told me that I should have checked their return policy before placing my order. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Really disappointed, my first bra was amazing, I decided to re- order 3 more. Sadly all three were nothing like the first one, the mesh at the front is really shallow compared to the original one and the picture advertising it. So not fit for purpose unfortunately. Have ordered another hoping its like the first bra which I love.

This bra is made very poorly. I order a 40DDD and the band around the torso was way to long big, my breast did not fit in the cups. No support. Paid to much for this type of bra, just because i didnt want to spend the usual $ 80-100 on a very good bra! And theres no refund or returns on these items :( i would do 0 starts if it would let me.
