High quality. Does not warm like some pads ive used. I Like that the adhesive is only on the outside edge of patch and not the whole patch(other products do this). This works better. Stong adhesive so it stays on all night. You can feel it working. Definitely gave me interesting dreams. Very lucid. Awoke feeling refreshed. Took a while to get used to the sensation on my soles. Great product
