Muslin Cotton Pillowcase Set (2 Pcs)

I ordered the “Peach” colored blanket snd pillowcases. What I received was a “neon orange” colored items. This color will not work with the decor in any of the rooms in my home. When I requested to return it I was given an address in “Germany” and told I would have to pay for shipping. Since I live in the USA the shipping costs as much as the items. I had no idea I was purchasing from a company in Germany, and a very strict return policy that does not cover items that don’t match the advertised photos. All I can do now is warn other potential customers so they don’t loose money like me. I shop all over the world on the internet and this is the first time I have encountered something like this. “The Fleece Company” you need to do better!!

I didn’t like the customer service. I received items that did not match the pictures on the website so I requested a return. I live in the USA and they sent me an address in Germany, they also told me I would have to cover the shipping fees, which will cost as much as the items being returned. I shop all over the world and this is the first time I have experienced a situation like this. Nothing on the website lets you know this company is in Germany and that it is the customers responsibility if the product is misrepresented. All I can do now is warn others! “The Fleece Company” you need to do better!

I wanted to love this company because my girlfriend is a huge fan of their blankets. I ordered one a month before her birthday, and as of today, I still haven’t received it. As a first-time customer, this has been very disappointing. Customer service is extremely slow. There is no phone number to call, and it often takes several days to receive an email response. I also received what appeared to be an offer for a free blanket, but when I clicked to claim it, it was actually a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. The advertising felt misleading. I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is frustrating. When you’re ordering a gift for a special occasion, reliability matters. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend ordering from this company until they improve their customer service and communication.
