Arrived in perfect condition nice and healthy just trying to get it settled in now

Large branch broken off in shipping box

More than half of the foliage was broken off in the box. I don’t think it was packed carefully enough. The branch that was broken off was originally pointing upward but was packed into the box pointing downward. Very disappointed but it costs too much to return the tree for a replacement. I think there should have been alternatives, such as a partial refund, a store credit, or something similar.
