Our 2nd online purchused and disappointed.

Our first order was fine although lobsters were all different sizes for what we ordered being 1 3/4. The current past order was the same deal as the first with one of the three 1 3/4 was slightly over the ordered weight the other two were under 1 1/2 LBS. Lobsters were lethargic and barely moving. For overnight shipping very disappointing and will find different company if lobsters in future deliveries. For the premium cost we can not recommend this online perveyor.

Amazing Lobsters and customer service

We had a delivery mishap (FedEx issue) and Lobsterboys were very helpful and responsive. Although we were disappointed that they weren’t received by Father’s Day we were impressed with their willingness to give us some $$ off and make good with new lobsters. Will be purchasing again!
