The knife itself is visibly handmade, which is a huge positive factor for me. It’s really sharp, well balanced and has the perfect blade-to-handle ratio in my opinion. Beautiful knife

It is an honour to have received this beautiful knife and the option to have a personalised engraving means I cherish it even more. The feel is supremely balanced, a very nice weight for a smaller knife.. I was able to cut cross sections of all manner of vegetables around .25mm thick, giving a transparent view, with cellulose in tact giving a shiny, almost plastic-like look and feel to each slice. Simply incredible.
