The drops are great but the applicator is annoying

Why not a simple dropper? I find it is harder not to touch my eye with the tip of the dropper and it is much more trouble to dispense the drops ... plus the dispenser, for no more contents, is bulkier and does not fit in a purse as easily.

Not Suitable for Users with Arthritis or other Manual Impairments Due to Hand Stength and Mobility Required

The product itself is excellent but the difficulty of using the bottle that contains the product can be a painful and, in my case, often unsuccessful attempt to use it. I have arthritis in my hands which limits my manual agility, and the strength and manual flexibility required to operate the bottle has resulted in my only being able - with great difficulty - to use it in one eye.

Like the product but not the delivery system

The solution works as good as any other dry eye product but the pump system on the product is awkward and causes me to either poke myself in the eye or splash it on my face.
