I have been ordering eyrpromise products for many years now. I have usually just call in my order and the majority of time reached a customer service agent right away. This time, I had to leave a message and was told it might not be returned for five business days. A very long time to wait. And, in fact, I never did receive a call back. I finally went onto Amazon and made my order. Have you significantly cut your customer service staff? Also, I could not find the macular health zinc free online on your site. Has this been eliminated?
