So far I am pleased with the taste and ease of taking the gelcaps. I know it takes at least 2-3 months for the supplements to work an I am noticing some slight improvements. Keeping fingers crossed it works!

I don't know if the product works yet or not. It is new to me so I think I need to give it a couple of months. I was very disappointed in customer service. I placed a call because I placed my order without using my discount that I was awarded for giving the company my email. I was on the line for 45 minutes and no one answered. I finally allowed the company to call me back after I hung up. they never did. Not that day, not the nest and not ever. That is NOT good customer service.

The jar you sent was heavily bent in the mail. I will transfer what I received into my old bottle. It was sent in a pouch instead of a box. The seal was not compromised, so luckily the product survived the trip. May purchase it from my doctor's office in the future if this continues.
