I had my doubts about how long I could keep this stuff on, after getting a snootful of what my imagination can only describe as "stale fish breath". But like so many things that are good for you, I held my nose, and applied. Ten minutes later I was astonished by just how smooth and clean my skin felt. There was no miraculous disappearance of my blackened nose pores, but the usual oily film felt thinner and the surface beneath refreshed. I recommend rinsing with filtered water before and after application. This makes an overwhelming difference to me since my tap water always dehydrates my skin. So far I love and will continue to use this mud mask!

Mud Mask Great for helping with dry spots and clearing up forehead blemishes

I got this for my spouse, after we decided to try some other Schizandu products recommended by our dentist. We are very happy with all the products, and my wife is particularly happy with the Mud Mask as it is helping clear some back acne and forehead or hairline spots.
