Himalayan Shilajit Resin

So far so good but can't really tell the difference between this one and chuga except chuga a little thicker and I feel a little more energetic from the chuga vs this but to be fair I haven't tooken it long enough this brand to review it fully so will be back to update...

The shilajit was good and got me interested in it but tbh i found it cheaper AND with cordycepts and other great compounds at betteralt for literally 36 bucks FOR AN OUNCE ik it sounds kinda shil ish but i only say this bc i liked the shilajit and wasnt able to afford their ridiculous price!

Solid shilajit

I was using generic shilajit from Amazon. I thought it was real shilajit until I tried this. It must have been corn syrup or "stepped on", meaning I don't think it was authentic shilajit. This stuff has that ashy-earthy taste that I'm sure most people are familiar with real shilajit. It's also very smooth. You don't need much. I'm using .5g a day in my morning tea and it really gives a smooth energy. It feels more like meditative clarity. Thuis would be good to take before prayer or meditation. But I take it before my day begins! 5 stars. You're going to get what you pay for. And I need to get used to paying premium price for premium product.
