Fully Customizable Wording/Icons

I absolthely love the product. But am not overly happy with the customer service at all. The shipping time wa stated to be two weeks. It took over a month for my order to ship. And when it did arrive, half my order was missing. It was difficult to get a hold of someone to find the solution. I finaly got a response and was told there was a hole in the shirt so she didnt send it. She mentioned remaking it. I asked for an estimated time for the shirt to ship and got no response. So i commneted on a facebook post and she mentioed refunding me. (I still dont see a refund) so im unclear if im even getting the shirt at this point. I havent gotten a reply at all from email or facebook messages. Im super upset about it as i truly do love the products and the half of my order that was sent to me. :(
