Potty Training Underwear

Very disappointed in the customer service i have received. We ordered these with high hopes of helping our toddler potty train and it did the exact opposite. We ordered the XL size because its what was recommended for her weight by the weight chart provided. Our toddler weighs 37 pounds and these were hard to pull up and down which resulted in a accident because she couldnt pull them down and when i tell you they leaked.. I'm talking ALL OVER. It was as if she wasnt wearing anything at all. This made her have a fear of using anything other than a pullup. We contacted the company and let them know what had happened and that we followed their step by step instructions on how to use and that it was a disaster. At first they said they were willing to refund us and after waiting the amount of time they said it would take and then some there was no refund issued. We reached out again and asked if there was anything we could do on our end to help with the refund and no reply. I feel scammed.

Training underwears were okay but I was not expecting an automatic subscription to their gummies which I thought were just free in the first order because I bought so much. And the subscription was expensive!! Now I am waiting for my refund because I never tried the gummies for my child. So I hope that will be sorted soon
