Agerola Fior di Latte Mozzarella Cheese

Flavor and texture are perfect for my Neapolitan pizzas! The only reason I subtracted a star was because I still can't verify if this is made with natural animal rennet and not Pfizer's synthetic Chy-Max rennet. The package simply states "rennet".

Wonderful cheese! I was looking for a mozzarella that used rennet instead of microbial enzymes. I couldn't find locally and found this. It is wonderful! I use for cooking and my husband loves to just snack on mozzarella, and he said it was one of the best mozzarellas he's had.

My husband loved it so much that I didn't have a chance to enjoy more than I had. I also enjoyed it, too.
