Finally found a Collar

This Luminoid LED collar is by far the best LED collar ever, and I have tried them all. Great battery providing long use time and the brightest LED light I've ever seen. The Bluetooth app just pushes this product over the top allowing for Super customization in color and in pattern. I love this and highly recommend.

I downloaded the app and the collar doesn't even turn on, ive tried charging it and once the light turns green i try to connect and nothing, i honestly hope i got the one bad collar but at this point i wouldnt buy another from here i had high hopes and it was a huge let down for the price i paid
