PawLounge™ Plush Pet Couch Cover

The items are not what are shown on Instagram. The quality is terrible. The trim on the couch cover is not seen on completly. I tried to teturn the product, yet they will not accept a return. They have offered a 50% refund. I would not recommend this product or doing business with this company.

Product is great! Communication on delivery and the time it took to get items was disappointing. Had the communicatuon and delivery times/wxpected delivery time been better communicated, this would have been a 5 star review. If you need in a hurry, that wont happen. If you have time to wait, these are well made and wash up very well.

I was very disappointed in product. It was not as described or as in pictures. I ordered white to match my slipcovered couch. There is a black border of cording around the edge that is clearly visable. I had planned to order one for my loveseat if I lked the product. Glad I didn’t. Pretty expensive for something I cant use.
