problem with pump
The deep clean version of New Wash does make my hair seem somewhat thicker although not as much as I would like. There is a problem with the pump and bottle design. The pump stops working when there is still a lot of wash left in the bottle. I tried rinsing the pump but the wash is very thick and hard to remove.

Don’t use too much
Realized, I used way too much the first time and I left my hair greasy. Now I’m rationing more and making sure to massage in with water. Wish it smelled better.

Wanted less greasy hair, got more greasy hair
I bought this because I thought it would allow my fine hair to go longer between washes than the Original formula (I can get about a day and a half between washes with the Original before my hair is noticeably greasy). Unfortunately, my hair looks greasy even sooner with the Deep Clean version; it sometimes looks greasy by evening when I wash it in the morning. I also don’t love the scent, which is pretty strong.
