New Wash Deep Clean

I love this for when my hair is really in need of a deep clean. I don’t use it regularly though. I only use it when I have really oily, sweaty hair. Like after a weekend long hiking, biking, camping trip or a long skiing day. If I use it too regularly it starts to do funky things to my fine highlighted hair.

I loved the original hair story and bought this one as I have oily roots and fine hair but it’s left my hair so oily and weighed down -it’s literally doing the opposite of what I wanted - I will definitely revert back to the orange original for all hair types instead

Deep clean for fine hair / hard water WORKS!!!

Guys it's happening, it's haaappeniiing....! I first bought regular New Wash and was a bit meh about it. Gave it a three star review, said it was ok but I didn't really get the hype. Got a proactive message from Laurence at Hairstory saying they really wanted to figure out why it hadn't worked for me. Asked a few questions about my hair (fine, can go greasy roots, v hard water neighbourhood). Laurence suggested Deep Clean would be a better fit for me and SENT ME A FREE BOTTLE. Believe me I did not ask for this and never expected it, but I was so impressed by this level of customer service. I guess this is what you get with a premium brand. So I've been using Deep Clean a couple of weeks and now my hair is DOING IT! The gorgeous soft waves promised, the texture; I'm getting compliments on how well my hair looks on just a regular day. And then when I've done GHD curls they've actually held for more than 2 hours. I am a full convert now!!! So so impressed, and I'm so grateful to Laurence and Hairstory for believing in their product so much they will coach their customers into finding the right fit for them! Customer for life now.
