New Wash Deep Clean

Deep clean for fine hair / hard water WORKS!!!

Guys it's happening, it's haaappeniiing....! I first bought regular New Wash and was a bit meh about it. Gave it a three star review, said it was ok but I didn't really get the hype. Got a proactive message from Laurence at Hairstory saying they really wanted to figure out why it hadn't worked for me. Asked a few questions about my hair (fine, can go greasy roots, v hard water neighbourhood). Laurence suggested Deep Clean would be a better fit for me and SENT ME A FREE BOTTLE. Believe me I did not ask for this and never expected it, but I was so impressed by this level of customer service. I guess this is what you get with a premium brand. So I've been using Deep Clean a couple of weeks and now my hair is DOING IT! The gorgeous soft waves promised, the texture; I'm getting compliments on how well my hair looks on just a regular day. And then when I've done GHD curls they've actually held for more than 2 hours. I am a full convert now!!! So so impressed, and I'm so grateful to Laurence and Hairstory for believing in their product so much they will coach their customers into finding the right fit for them! Customer for life now. For the Minimalist

If you use minimal hair products, then this is for you. I love that it's a two in one. Unfortunately, I use a lot of hair products, such as dry shampoo and oil to refresh in between washes. I also love using a hair mousse for extra oomph! I found that my current hair products don't mesh well with New Wash. I have to wash my hair more often as I feel New Wash Deep Clean weighs it down (I have fine/thin hair) Love the smell and the product but don't find it working well for my hair goals.

Knew the product would work well from previous use of different type. It might seem small, but the scent of this product was a wonderful surprise.
