I’ve been taking the capsules daily along with the magnesium cream at night on my feet. It works great. I believe it’s best to take them both together - works best that way.

I have purchased the lotion and the roll on in addition to the capsules that I take morning and night. They have all helped more than I even hoped they would. I was at the point of just not walking because my feet hurt so bad. It was such a relief that all of it worked so well!! Thank you for making these wonderful products!!
