Senzio Miracle Balm™ - Relief for Swollen Legs, Ankles & Feet

Ordered may 26th, messaged about tracking number not working, received tracking number, june 10th tracking stopped, messaged june 23rd it updated june 24th that it was sent on june 20th, called post office no packages had been delivered, receive usps tracking number today, call usps they said its not the right name or address, ive asked for a refund a total of 6 times if not more, and they still have not refunded me, and even though it wasnt my tracking number it still took 22 days to ship to not receive anything. They just ignore my need for refund, and they picked the right platform because to report fraud you have to pay on shopify, and phone number on shopify for senzio just goes to voicemail, and shopify has no way to contact unless you pay. And I refuse to waste anymore money, and Senzio automatically enrolls you in a subscription of 48.06 every month after you only order an item so hopefully i canceled that appropriately. Very upsetting to be scammed. Would not recommend Senzio.
