Game Changer For Multiple Exercises
Solid addition to my home gym set up. Its used as a dedicated machine for seal rows, rear delt flys, spider curls, shrugs, even push ups. The adjustments and angles allow for me to target the muscle groups in different ways. Stable and strong.

Overall not bad
After some adjustments the Flex Arm lat pull down works great. When I did get the bench at home it came with a small parts/tool kit for the bench, not for the leg hold down. Also the bolts to put the bench together did not fit. So I walked out to my shop and put the Flex Arm base on my drill press and made the holes big enough (1/2” if anyone else runs into this problem). I also grabbed some tools since it didn’t come with all the Allen wrenches needed. I spoke with Mario at Force 6 and he explained how the tensioner screw tightens up the bench. He also explained how sometimes after powder coating the metal can cause the holes to become smaller. I’m sure if I asked, and hadn’t already drilled the holes bigger, he would have fixed the problem for me.
The leg hold down works as advertised. The material isn’t the nicest on the rollers, pretty normal for home gym equipment. Honestly the price point for the leg hold down is so great you really can’t expect fancy leather or vinyls.
Mario was super helpful through the whole process. I’m sure if you had any questions at all he would be more than willing to answer them. Part of the reason I bought the bench was because it seemed to be a small American company, and that’s exactly what I got. Any problem, no matter how small, when I messaged Mario he was as helpful as he could be.
The only thing I would suggest is maybe some instruction to go with the bench. It was super simple to put together, but I had no idea what the tensioner screw was for, or where it went.

Ive had this for only a few days and I keep finding ways to incorporate it into my workouts. I’m 6’3” and 320lbs, so this thing is already a lot of weight. I did chest supported rows and it did not budge one bit.
