This is a really interested flavor that I've not seen before. It ads a really nice onion / umami taste to your food. I've used it with stir fry and pot roast, esp when searing the meat and a bit with the roasting part. I have also used this oil for dipping breads. Great and versatile flavor. I will definitely buy again.
