I am in the process of making the sour dough starter so will let you know about the finished product!

I bought this flour blend to make chocolate chip muffins, specifically for a celiac who also couldn't eat corn. The muffins were a hit and most people didn't even know they were gluten free!

I used this in my sourdough starter. Made beautiful bread. Used both Jules starter and sourdough recipes.
