No Taste, mixes into my drinks no problem and can certainly feel a difference when I have it. Highly recommended for anyone but especially for those who dont like the taste of hydration drinks

I make this up every day in my water bottle and always finish it by mid afternoon. It makes the water easier to drink - especially in winter when you're not so thirsty.
