For the first application I was too harsh ... and had to leave it a couple of days. I failed to read the instructions properly and so applied it only once a day. In spite of that my feet could feel the difference and I could walk pain free the following day. I can only imagine how good my feet will be when I actually do apply the cream multiple times in a day!
