Love the paddle and the purchase experience was seamless. The shipping however was weak. Use a better shipper than USPS, even if it costs a few more bucks. Scheduled to come Friday, then Saturday, then Monday, then Tuesday and it finally arrived on Wednesday. USPS lost my previous shipment (not from Volair). When you're spending this much for a paddle you're willing to pay a little more to have it arrive on time and in one piece.

Great Control Paddle

I have not used very many paddles but I can’t imagine another paddle being significantly better than the CTRL 2 Forza for control. I have used one for over a year and I have no complaints, or even quibbles. It has held up to frequent play with no quality issues. I like it so much I recently bought two more to make sure I can play with this paddle for a long time. It has a large sweet spot, but with no vibrations from off center hits. I have great feel on soft shots but can generate decent power on drives and overheads. It is a great all round paddle with the emphasis on control. The grit lasts a long time as well. After a year of frequent play, I would say it’s at 50 percent.

Waiting for a refund!

To whom it may concern, I have refused to pay the system fees and I have advised UPS to ship the paddle back to your shop. I am still waiting for a full refund!
