I’m afraid this gave me constant acid reflux and stomach cramps. I had such high hopes, and the first week, I felt better. Lighter. Then the acid reflux started. It was pretty mild, but constant, even lasting two weeks after I stopped taking the Flora Biome. I’m bummed. It might be the fermentation, or the herbs? I got through about one and a half bottles. My system must be too sensitive. I have one more bottle, unopened, if you’d like it back.
