The instructions are EXTREMELY TINY. I have had 2 of these for a few weeks now and still do not know how they work. The dosing also doesnt make sense either. Also be warned this comes straight from China not made in the USA

Two of my pens are already acting up. They wont depress doen the whole way while administering a dose.
