PeptiCool- Peptide & Insulin Cooler™

I contacted support to ask how to change the PeptiCool Cooler device from Celcius to Fahrenheit and they have not resonded. Until I recieve a response I cannot provide a positive review.

I was sent a package that appeared like it had already been opened and used. The cooler itself will not charge nor will the battery hold a charge. I plugged in the cooler and set the temperature only to have it fail and stop cooling after a few minutes. Attempted to get a hold of customer service with no reply yet.

This item does not work. It does not cool to advertised temperatures. I contacted customer support they offered to replace it, and I have not heard back from them three weeks later, after repeated messages. I would not recommend this company or this product.
