I bought 2 whole Picanhas as well as a whole tri tip because I run a YouTube channel, PremiereAgingCompany, as well as a business, dry aging large cuts of meat and preparing them for clients and or videos. I have to say I am very pleased with my order as it came fairly swiftly, I ordered the meats on a Sunday, as a last minutes attempt to fulfill a clients order for the coming week, and the meat came on Wednesday and it also included a free pack of sausage, which I really appreciated. The steaks stayed frozen solid throughout the whole shipping process, which I could appreciate, and they were very well marbled for only being black angus choice grade. I will definitely be ordering from this company again in the near future and would highly recommend anyone to do the same.
