my favorite hair product

i use this as gel instead of hair gel to set my hair, i have dark hair so the color doesnt show. it smells good and i like how it looks on my dry hair. other colors smell a little weird so i have stuck to this forever.

My Unvarnished Opinion

It took me 10 months to work up the guts to use this. Just did today. The texture of the product was thick and easy to use. Not messy at all. The smell of it was fantastic, minty and citrusy. I can still smell it as I write this review. My hair is a little over a year into a gray growout. My ends were a year old the last time they were bleached blonde. The conditioning aspect is fantastic. My hair is extremely soft. My formerly-blonde ends are now light gray. If I could go back and do it over, I would just do my ends and leave it off my natural gray hair, because what nature gave me was prettier. This product darkened my gray hair. The good thing is, it will fade naturally as I wash it. Then I can use more of it on just the bleach blonde ends. Good product though! More of a change than purple shampoo.

I am growing out my grey, and I have long hair. I had a baylage done to soften the color from dark red and it left it a more 'honey' color. The Overtone Mask of Serene Silver really toned down the honey and it matches my grey in a superior way. I will purchase this again.
