Definitely one of the best low carb pastas I've tried.

Love it, good quality. The mac & cheese is a winner. The rice is a unique texture that is not like real rice at all, but the macros are so good that I have been swapping it out in dishes like shrimp Creole, split pea soup and crawfish étouffée for a much healthier version that adds additional fiber and protein.
