Problems with shipping
I never received my earplugs. Ordered them about two weeks ago, and it said they were gonna be shipped out in about 10 days. The tracking site never updated, so I didn’t know where they were. After two weeks I checked the tracking site and it said they were “retuned to the Returns Service Center”. After chatting with the ai bot it told me that they probably had problems with the shipping. It helped me order new ones, but I still have not received any information on the fact that they were returned or why. Now I got an email asking me to review the earplugs I never received?
