Life changing

It sounds excessive but I've honestly not slept so well in years! It's been about two weeks and I am falling asleep more easily, my thoughts don't race as they did before and I sleep deeply through the night. When I do stir that 2am anxiety monkey is very much asleep too! With better sleep I am functioning better and it's got me into a really positive cycle whereas before the lack of sleep just added to stress. It's incredible how a simple product can have such massive effects. This is one of the best items I have bought in years!!!!! I love it and am so thankful for the calm it has brought to me.

I didn't know I needed this
