My Daughter is Loving her Loops!

I recently bought these for my daughter who is on the autism spectrum and who is very noise sensitive. She said they are very nice-easy to put in and they also do an excellent job of blocking out all of the extra noise that can cause her to be overstimulated.

Cute but still too big for 9yr old

Used the XS tips which were still way too big for my child’s 9 yr old ears. They did not sit well and easily fell out. I bought comply foam compatible tips which were actually even bigger but because they can be squished it fit better in her little ear. Will likely rely on over ear protectors just in case

Miracle for my child's sound sensitivity

My 9 year-old daughter experiences sound sensitivity at times where one loud sound can set off a reaction where all sounds are then too loud for the remainder of the day. It only happens randomly. Nothing has worked to stop this reaction to sound once it starts, and it only improves the next day after she has slept all night. This started to cause her a lot of anxiety in general, and especially sleep anxiety as she was constantly worried it would happen again the next day. I bought LOOP Engage Kids 2 earplugs for her to wear on days where she has a reaction that causes all sounds to be too loud so she can cope for the remainder of the day if needed. The first time she had a loud sound reaction she put them in and wore them for 60 minutes. Sounds were much more comfortable for her during that hour. After she took them out, her sound sensitivity had returned to her normal baseline. This has been such a blessing and I can't stress enough how much this has helped her. She keeps her earplugs in her school backpack so she will never be without them there. I am going to purchase a 2nd set of earplugs for her that I will keep in my purse for emergencies outside of school. Thank you for making Loop Engage for kids!
