Loss and then Found

Ordered a FiiO M21. I've had the M21 for a few days and the sound is outstanding. More outstanding than the M21 is the customer service The CUSTOMER SERVICE from The HiFi Cat ! I received the tracking information and my M21 delivered to someone else's mailbox by USPS. Following the investigation by USPS it was determined that it was a deliver error by the carrier. I received an email from USPS taking responsibility. I forwarded the to The WiFi Cat with an explanation. I guess they were about to settle the claim with USPS. My next communication was a new tracking number (expedited) from The HiFi Cat. Excellent !
