Though I have been stable to not need it when overwhelmed, it is still a good tool to fidget and can imagine it coming in very useful when I’m stressed

I don't like flying but had to take a flight recently and it really helped during the flight to calm my panic and also distracted me well as it was such an alerting fidgit.

I love the fact that i was able to attach it to my jeans and then it fitted in my pocket, its great because when im out shopping and anxious i just grip it really tight and it actually does its job. I havem 2 now and im going to buy more 😊
