Such a simple thing
For so many years I used a pair of needle nose pliers to remove pin bones in fish fillets. As soon as i saw these tweezers I thought- right, I will take two of those. They have not disappointed- they allow you to locate, grip and remove pin bones without damaging the surrounding flesh, they don't slip, and they clean up easily. Simple perfection.
